INGREDIENTS
50 ml Chivas Regal 12Y
15ml Calvados Christian Drouin
45ml Apple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Egg white
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Rim chilled coupé with Campari-infused-salt. Torch dried apple and cover with coupé to smoke the glass. Pour ingredients into shaker and dry shake first, then hard shake. Double strain over smoked coupé. Garnish with dried apple. Cheers!
