INGREDIENTS
1 part Martell VSOP
Spritz of Pernod Absinthe
3 drops of Peychaud's Bitters
½ part Sugar Syrup
Lemon Peel
Pour cognac into rock glass. Spritz drink with absinthe. Add bitters and large ice cube. Twist lemon peel over drink and use as garnish.
