INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 parts Beefeater 24 Gin
1/2 part Surgar Syrup
1 part Lemon Juice
1 part Cinzano Rosso
2 drops of Orange Bitters
Ginger Ale
Measure Gin, Sugar Syrup, Lemon Juice and Cinzano into Perlini shaker, add ice. Inject CO2, shake, pour into champagne flute. Top up with ginger ale, add two drops of orange bitters.
